Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews for properties managed by Sam Tyr reveal significant concerns regarding management quality. Tenants frequently mention issues with cleanliness and garbage management, highlighting a persistent pest problem, particularly with roaches. While some buildings are praised for their heat and water pressure, responsiveness from the landlord is notably lacking, with many residents feeling ignored or unacknowledged when facing maintenance issues. Additionally, reports of harassment over late rent and disputes regarding security deposits further diminish confidence in the management. Overall, potential renters should approach these buildings with caution due to ongoing maintenance and landlord responsiveness issues.

Pray paint over mold

Pros

Great location. Close to train. Roof top view.
