Reviews

Former tenant·24 minutes ago

Awful across the board

Pros

2 blocks from the L

Cons

You can't even take a shower while someone is washing dishes. The building is falling apart because the landlord is bankrupt (which he tried to hide from us) and nothing will ever get fixed. No heat until it's below zero outside. Rent increases over 10% every year with no improvements whatsoever. Stay far, far away.

Advice to the owners

Sell the building, you can't manage it

Former tenant·11 months ago

Many issues, structural and cosmetic

Pros

It used to be cheap.

Cons

- The boiler is so small that only one person in the building can shower at a time - Management requires you to use portable air conditioners due to the restaurant below, making the building uninhabitable during July and August - The floors and ceilings are all uneven - Lots of pest issues because the exterminator comes midweek when everyone is at work - Management never responds to any communication - Doorman prices for a barebones, regular old Brooklyn apartment Not management's fault but future tenants should be aware: - Lots of dirt bike traffic on Graham Ave means sleeping with windows open is not an option due to noise - Many homeless people camp out in front of the building because of the LinkNYC wifi
