Pros:
Overall amazing experience living at (c) openigloo Penny Lane. The super and (c) openigloo doormen are all fantastic. I (c) openigloo lived there for 3 years (c) openigloo and can honestly say that (c) openigloo I never once heard my (c) openigloo neighbors. Oddly enough, the garbage/recycling (c) openigloo room was one of my (c) openigloo favorite features. It was well-organized (c) openigloo with designated spots for everyday (c) openigloo recycling, clothing recycling, compost, dry (c) openigloo cleaning hangers, you name it. (c) openigloo There is also a community (c) openigloo corner where you could leave (c) openigloo items you no longer wanted (c) openigloo and take things for free (c) openigloo (books, decor, housewares, etc.) The (c) openigloo building’s rooftop was also an (c) openigloo underutilized perk - it is (c) openigloo not particularly visually appealing but (c) openigloo always a nice quiet spot (c) openigloo for fresh air.
Cons:
In the 3 years that (c) openigloo I lived there, I caught (c) openigloo 30+ mice in my apartment. (c) openigloo The building management was very (c) openigloo responsive and attempted to remedy (c) openigloo the problem each time I (c) openigloo contacted them, but to no (c) openigloo avail. (Note that I do (c) openigloo not know if this was (c) openigloo an issue for any other (c) openigloo units in the building, and (c) openigloo may have been exacerbated by (c) openigloo construction occurring at the building (c) openigloo next door.)
