Love the area, the building is really a fine working machine. 4 elevator, all work! Building staff so polite, kind, eager to make you happy. They clean all the time and I am a neat freak, so I can appreciate. Package room, delightful, courteous staff. Door people, amazing, on top of visitors, my son was stopped twice…he only loves here between school breaks.
Cons
The worst part of this building is the leasing company, they want you in and then poof they are obvious. I was not told about the laundry cards, how to get to the gym, many of the important tasks. Lucky neighbors are so nice and helpful. When we had issues the first few days, light bulb out, etc. they responded, after that, crickets!
Advice to the owners
Make sure new tenants are given complete instructions in your building.
