1. Crazy rent increases 2. Money-grubbing landlord resorts to illegal tactics to squeeze every last dime out of unwitting tenants who are only looking for peace and quiet

Good apartments ruined by pricing

Pros

The apartment is modern, has all the amenities I was looking for, the doorman and building staff are wonderful. The location and neighborhood are ideal

Cons

I am only moving out because of seeing price increases of 20% over 2 years.
