Great value in prime Williamsburg—but with structural concerns
Pros
Spacious, modern units at a relatively affordable price for the area. The building is tucked away on a quiet street but still close to Bedford Ave, Domino Park, and the ferry. Location really can’t be beat.
Cons
The building has several construction-related issues: cracks in walls and ceilings, water infiltration, plumbing problems, poor insulation, and ventilation concerns. Some structural elements—like fire-rated walls, roofing, and window/door installations—appear poorly executed or non-compliant.
Advice to the owners
Address the known defects proactively. The building has huge potential, but it’s hard for owners to feel secure when major structural issues remain unresolved.
