There are pros with the cons

Pros

Maintenance always responds to tickets... it’s very rare that a ticket goes unanswered. The neighbors are great and hard working. Even the drug dealers don’t bother you unless you bother them. The new parks and the community center are quite nice. And crime is relatively low in the actual complex.

Cons

There was a worker named Christina, she got reassigned during the pandemic and our building hasn’t been properly cleaned since. Teenagers that don’t live here feel like it’s ok to smoke weed in the entrance of our building because it’s the projects. It’s disgusting. The rats outside the building are huge.

Advice to the owners

Bring Christina back to building 7 ! Put a cop activated smoking detector on the window next to the mailboxes

It’s the projects

Pros

Most people are hard working. Rarely have a package stolen.

Cons

Kids smoke weed in front of mailboxes daily , even during a pandemic. They changed the cleaner so the building can be dirty. Elevators sometimes death trap

Advice to the owners

Keep doors locked. Get better cleaners. Stay on top of elevator maintenance.
