Great building, management and location

To subways, clean, super pet friendly, great area!

Pros:
It was the best building I’ve ever lived. The decor is top notch. The lobby has great scents. Professional doorman, building is very beautiful
Cons:
Gym is on the small side and it’s underground. The neighborhood is not the best but it is a 30s walk to subway station

Lovely new building in Park Slope

Pros:
Fixtures are new, building is well cared for. Tenants are polite and well-behaved, building amenities are quite nice.
Cons:
The building is new and move in was problematic. The gas didn’t work. The dishwasher wasn’t attached to the cabinet and kept falling out. Water pressure was misregulated and too low.
Advice to owner:
It’s the little things that count.

The Deermar: super luxe

Pros:
It’s a luxury building. There’s very little wrong with it, units are gorgeous, entire space is lovely
Cons:
It’s expensive and there were some struggles with maintenance while the property was brand new.
Advice to owner:
Honestly, keep up the good work.
