Pros

The neighbors are great!

Cons

Hallways dirty, Smells like Marijuana every day, Mail be all over the place, the connect laundromat is too small and expensive.. There's a walk thru door but tenants are not allowed to use it.. which means if it's raining clothes are wet.. Doors always jammed @ broken keys, Leaks in pipes, you can hear crumbling inside the walls.. Heat is iffy during the winter, Hot water Is iffy during the winter, Rent went up to 3000 yet the landlord owes a outstanding water bill due to non payment.. Rats in the basement, hot water is supposed to be FREE.. we PAY for HOT WATER! Also now I no 100 was a jip for late fees it is 5 percent or 50$.. Landlord is ripping the tenants off.
