nice but had some issues

Pros

- landlords were accommodating until they spiked the rent by $700 one year and we were forced to leave - good water pressure - lovely apartment

Cons

- the washer and dryer in the basement never worked when we lived there. - roaches kept coming back and we had to use exterminator. landlord sent one every time we requested. - no working security camera and i had packages stolen
