Nightmare On Hausman Street

Pros

There are walls and a roof

Cons

Worst management company I have ever encountered. Where to even begin - * Floors are crooked - dressers won’t even close their drawers properly. *Zero wall insulation - you can hear the neighbors from the next building when they take a shower, sneeze brush their teeth. * Upstairs neighbors steps are so loud you can’t focus on anything. * Poor water pressure, clicking pipes. * Hot water lasts for 7 minutes tops, brown water. * Garbage is not being collected regularly and usually accumulates outside. * Water leaks and there are no fixes or answers. Best part - Good luck getting an answer when you reach out to the Building Management. Useless and very unprofessional. And all of that “joy” for $5000+ a month and each year the rent goes up another 10%. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT RENT AT THIS BUILDING! Google the name of the management company of this building and make sure to never rent any of their properties.
