Well kept unit in a great location
Pros
Quiet street, competitive price for neighborhood, block away from a laundromat, multiple grocery store options nearby. Unit itself was clean with a nice sized bathroom, but the kitchen was small and outdated. There have been no mouse issues, and very minimal bugs ever spotted in the apartment (like one bug every year or so.)
Cons
Hallway left something to be desired -- was dirty/messy, and sometimes had construction materials in it. Package theft has also sometimes been a problem in the area.

Kind of rundown. Had an insane mice and rat problem here.

Get a better building manager
