Would be a nice apartment but...

Pros

Great location, right next to Franklin Av with tons of grocery stores and cool places to check out.

Cons

It's infested with bugs, has a weird smell, and the pipes make so much noise it's impossible to sleep.

Advice to the owners

Fix the pipes.
