Well-managed building - would recommend
Pros
- Super is responsive to urgent requests and have had positive interactions with management - Common areas are frequently cleaned. Gym, laundry room and lobby are well-maintained. - Apartment is beautiful and sunny
Cons
- Rat problem near trash; building does a good job of clearing it out but it still is annoying to deal with - Elevator is out once every couple of months; tough if you're on the upper floors - Finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms seem a little cheap for an expensive apartment
Advice to the owners
The people who clean the common areas are excellent and super friendly. The super is also helpful and responsive. If the elevator is out, try to get to it ASAP as outages of a week+ are unacceptable.

Location to L and M lines, plenty of food options
Cons
Broken elevators, bad water pressure/no water without warning, broken laundry, flood-prone (which is why basement smells like mold and mildew).
