Great landlord & building (If you like being in the heart of things)

Pros

Unbelievably responsive. Great location (can be noisy from pedestrian traffic but that is what you are signing up for). Really great experience overall.

Cons

Expensive but to be expected considering the location. I would have liked a better situation with the trash area (like building an enclosure vs exposed cans).
