Building staff is great and helpful Very few issues with apartment

Were uncommunicative when a pipe burst and a bunch of apartments had water damage

Doormen were so friendly, views were good, nicely renovated

Super loud because it’s next to a heavy traffic intersection, hard to get the right temperature for heat in the winter, elevator was broken for 1 month without fix
