- my bedroom had no vent for heat, feel like they tried to cram as much as possible into the apartment

Good building. Few Units. Simple.

Pros

Decent location, near park. Not too many units and don’t share walls with others. 2 units per floor on opposite sides. Washer/dryer in unit

Cons

Have to go down to 2nd floor for recycle. Fridge broke and was not repaired/replaced for weeks and was a challenge and hassle to get compensation. Washer in unit leaked. Oven was old/didn’t work great
