Great building in UWS

Pros

This is a nice building right off 69th and Broadway - the location is too good to be true. The elevator is small but nice, and I’ve had no issue living here that wasn’t promptly fixed by the on site landlord. The apartments here are great and functionally laid out - the forced hot air / cold units have been nice too.

Cons

The noise levels are higher than I would have liked - cheaply made doors make it easy to hear noise from the hallways, and loud noises like dog barking can be heard through the walls and from apartments above / below. The management company that owns this building is also really hard to get a hold of for questions on the lease agreement.

Advice to the owners

Please invest in modernizing the building and fixing up any noise related issues between apartments.
