Do not fall for it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Space, number of tenants.
Cons:
Never had heat. Leaks in ceilings in multiple rooms, inconsistent pest control service. No garbage control - inconsistent super coverage. Safety and outside vandalism with no security. Literally had shit smeared on the entrance to the building and hours before anyone came to resolve. Homeless sleeping in the doorway, mailboxes broken into, business propping doors open to the building. No heat in the dead of winter and no concessions made. Tenant who illegally sublets but is rent stabilized so keeps the apartment to profit, tenant who illegally has pets. High electricity bills because of needing space heaters. Dishonest management.
