Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by David Lulgjuraj reflects a mix of experiences. Cleanliness and garbage management vary significantly by property, with some buildings praised for upkeep and others criticized for neglect. Maintenance responsiveness is often slow, with frequent complaints about heating inefficiencies, pest control issues, and aging infrastructure like unreliable elevators or old appliances. While some tenants appreciate attentive supers and quiet neighbors, others face rude staff and unresolved problems like pest infestations and poor management communication. Overall, renters should expect variability in building condition and management attentiveness, with several properties needing improved maintenance and better landlord responsiveness.

Old building still doing good

Pros

The super is amazing!

Cons

No elevator and they take forever to fix windows

Advice to the owners

You have a great super that old man keeps that building clean!

Former tenant·10 hours ago

No one cares

Pros

Location, that’s it.

Cons

The super is the cousin of the previous super - meaning he’s not a skilled super and doesn’t know what he’s doing. He’s rude and arrogant and lets the garbage collect forever before emptying them (literally the only thing he does). There’s been an ongoing mouse issue for years that no one has done anything about. Avoid this over priced, shitty building. Also, our landlord is holding on to our deposit and legit said “I don’t care.” And the board isn’t helping at all.

Advice to the owners

Invest in a real super. Make your owned shops are renting out do upgrades to their units. Implement a system for the laundry that actually works (the app is garbage), and force tenants to abide by the proper area rug laws since the building is old and everything is so insanely loud.
