Great location, renovated units are nice, in-unit washer and dryer

Hallways are dirty and not renovated, eradicate, likely long term neighbor

Pros

The apartment was reasonably priced and inside the unit was updated and clean.

Cons

The garbage piles up outside the building with abundant rats and roaches. The neighbors are loud and noisy and leer at you when you pass them in the stairs.
