Pros:
Great location to all that (c) openigloo Broadway and 30th ave. have (c) openigloo to offer. The building (c) openigloo is rent stabilized too. The (c) openigloo super is very responsive and (c) openigloo gets things done!
Cons:
Would have a roach problem (c) openigloo from time to time, it's (c) openigloo an older building but extermination (c) openigloo services are offered once a (c) openigloo month.
