Avoid living in this building

Pros

The neighbors were nice

Cons

-roach infestation -MAJOR heating issues. The heaters would be turned up so high that my roommates and I would need to open all the windows in the apartment.. in the middle of the winter. It was either extremely hot in the apartment or the heat just wouldn’t be turned on at all. -Water damage that never got fixed until the absolute last minute when water was literally running down my wall -I’ll say it again, ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES. My roommates and I kept our apartment tidy with no garbage in sight and there were roaches all over our apartment and in bedrooms
