The building is dirty looks like it haven’t been mopped in months

Huge rats in front of the building there’s always garbage and there’s mice in the apartments
Advice to the owners
Tell the residents to not leave garage in front of the building the rats is getting ridiculous and the building is dirty looks like it haven’t been clean in months
