Nice apartment and great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The unit was recently renovated and got a lot of sun in the front rooms.
Cons:
Since it was a street-facing unit it was SO noisy.
Advice to owner:
None! We mostly didn't interact which was fine with me.

Nice building, awful neighbors across the street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious, lots of closets, recently renovated. Crown Heights is a great neighborhood. Subway, grocery stores, and restaurants are close by.
Cons:
Packages sometimes get stolen. Neighbors across the street at 806 Park Pl. are the WORST. They bring out a giant speaker at 4 pm and play loud music until 3 am EVERY NIGHT. Not great for sleep when both of your bedroom windows face the street. Occasional fights break out among the group. Recent gun activity. The police - if they show up - are not effective.
Advice to owner:
Not much they can do about the neighbors. Maybe reach out to community representatives or police?
