Pros

-Never saw a bug in that place -Central Air and Heat -Well maintained -Neighbors weren’t too too loud -Outdoor spaces

Cons

-No window in second room -Dryer wasn’t great in basement -No appliances

Loved 63 Troutman st

Pros

Amazing balcony, central heating/cooling, extra "den" work space, bathtub, modern finishes, ample storage, roof deck, backyard, quiet block, amazing super, laundry in building, prime bushwick. Truly a lovely apartment to live, especially if you have one of the balcony units!

Cons

No dishwasher, sometimes packages could get stolen but not really the building's fault

Advice to the owners

they were great! Always responsive and on top of everything.
