Noisy, Poorly-Built Builing

Pros

It was usually clean in the hallways and they sent exterminators every month.

Cons

- unresponsive management (tried to steal our security deposit, usually took at least a week to respond to messages, and only because we threatened to withhold rent if they didn't respond) - neighbors were kind of extra, hopefully they moved - the walls are incredibly thin, the windows aren't properly sealed, and there is NO HEAT in the living room. They'll give you space heaters (they're legally obligated!) but that doesn't actually *heat* the place
