High crime area, a lot of noise. Gang activity. Landlord wasn't active Heat and water problems

Awful landlord and management
Pros
A 2 unit building - 2nd floor apartment and 3rd floor apartment.
Cons
You literally cannot get in touch with the management or "landord" (is there a landlord??). Total grifters. I could never get in touch for my deposit. They just straight up kept it.
Advice to the owners
Get your shit together
