Reviews

Former tenant·11 months ago

Crooks and idiots run this building

Pros

The window lighting.

Cons

Super will say they’ll fix something, will never come. Management is terrible.

Advice to the owners

Treat your tenants better.

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Great little apartment

Pros

I don’t hear my neighbours, only if someone is really loud in the hallway. The appliances are new and clean, location is nice on a quiet street.

Cons

It is very cold. I had to buy a space heater and run it all the time. The hot water runs VERY hot. Scalding. You have to be very careful not to turn it on hot.
