Big Space with Little Tradeoffs
Pros
Lots of space, great surrounding community and access to express trains/Greenwood Cemetery, lots of natural light, decent sized closets, great sound barriers between rooms, high ceilings
Cons
Inconsistent heat (often turns off - like sometimes every day in a week, and landed needs to manually turn back on), hard to get immediate repairs, laminate floors, 4th Avenue is rather loud and you can easily hear noise from outside, have to pay for hot water
