- Spacious apartments - Building has (c) openigloo laundry on the second floor - (c) openigloo Other tenants are younger people/families, (c) openigloo apartments facing the back have (c) openigloo no street noise - Good (c) openigloo neighborhood, easy access to subways - (c) openigloo Recently implemented online rent payments
Cons:
- Laundry always breaking, very (c) openigloo old, only 2 machines - Management (c) openigloo does not respond to anything, (c) openigloo when they do they are (c) openigloo rude - Second bedroom does not (c) openigloo have a real window to (c) openigloo the outdoors, no A/C access (c) openigloo or heating - Brown stains on (c) openigloo walls when it rains, heard (c) openigloo from other tenants about mold (c) openigloo problems as well - "No pets" (c) openigloo even though original StreetEasy listing (c) openigloo said pets allowed - Really weak (c) openigloo water pressure - Previous live-in super (c) openigloo was timely and responsive, new (c) openigloo super not so much - Can (c) openigloo get noise from the outdoor (c) openigloo patio space attached to another (c) openigloo building

Reply to emails, do some repairs, find some way to provide heat/air conditioning to second bedrooms!!

Pros:
The live-in super took care (c) openigloo of everything if there was (c) openigloo any issue he would be (c) openigloo able to fix it or (c) openigloo address it immediately. Laundry in (c) openigloo building is nice. It’s generally (c) openigloo a quiet spot, except for (c) openigloo some of the traffic on (c) openigloo 3rd Ave. 5-10 min walk (c) openigloo to the train. Post office (c) openigloo nearby
Cons:
The trash is around the (c) openigloo corner in another building which (c) openigloo was really annoying. Some of (c) openigloo the units are flex and (c) openigloo had “bedrooms” with no windows. (c) openigloo The management was so hard (c) openigloo to deal with, slow to (c) openigloo respond and very rude. You (c) openigloo have to write checks and (c) openigloo mail them to pay rent (c) openigloo which was a hassle.
Advice to owner:
Get a portal to pay rent online

Quiet building in a quiet (c) openigloo area. Building feels safe and (c) openigloo secure. Reasonable rent for a (c) openigloo 1br. In-building laundry is convenient.
Cons:
Hot water off every few (c) openigloo weeks, heat off 10+ times (c) openigloo in the thick of winter (c) openigloo for multiple days at a (c) openigloo time. Management not always responsive.
Advice to owner:
More frequent cleanings of the lobby area/carpeted hallways/walls as well as the laundry area would be nice.
