Building has gone downhill
Pros
This building was great for a while. Doormen are really kind and super is responsive and always fixes issues quickly. Laundry room is convenient.
Cons
Building has really declined in quality in the past year. This winter, I had a lot of issues with heat and my apartment was freezing until I got them to replace my HVAC unit. There has also been an influx of mice and pests in the building. I have seen mice in my apartment. Not sure what happened as this was never an issue previously. Definitely a huge bummer considering the consistent 8-10% rent hikes every year.
Advice to the owners
Stop taking advantage of your tenants

I had a constant issue with the hot water being completely brown in this building. I lived in two units and both had the same issue. The building would not give me a rent concession while the issue persisted (the issue was never resolved)
