nice big cheap apartments

Pros

super is pretty good, my apartment was huge and gorgeous

Cons

bad neighbors, occasional roach

Huge apartments, good managment

Pros

The apartments are all extremely spacious, with prewar details. The management is pretty good and responsive, and quick to fix even cosmetic issues.

Cons

I see roaches from time to time, and though an exterminator comes monthly, he hasn't knocked on our door in a long time and it's hard to nail him down. There is a package theft, with one thief being someone that lives in the building.
