Affordable, nice super but hard to get hold of mgmt.

Pros

Affordable, Super is friendly when you manage to get through to him. Good location.

Cons

Can't text Super, only call and hope he gets back to you. Heating is electric so expect a high con ed bill or to freeze. Small apartments. No laundry.
