Pros:
It’s cheap, and there are (c) openigloo a lot of good restaurants (c) openigloo nearby.
Cons:
I lived at this address (c) openigloo for 5.5 years. During that (c) openigloo time, our rent increased, but (c) openigloo the only thing that the (c) openigloo landlord ever did was paint (c) openigloo the hallway and change a (c) openigloo lightbulb in Dias hall. The (c) openigloo floors in this building are (c) openigloo slanted because of settling so (c) openigloo badly that you can put (c) openigloo a ball at one end (c) openigloo and it will roll across. (c) openigloo The windows leaked so much (c) openigloo air that our heating bills (c) openigloo (all electric) were insanely high. (c) openigloo During Covid, we had a (c) openigloo mouse problem and could not (c) openigloo get anyone to return our (c) openigloo calls or help us, so (c) openigloo we had to hire an (c) openigloo exterminator ourselves. They filled 40 (c) openigloo holes! The exterminator the landlord (c) openigloo sent did the bare minimum. (c) openigloo The apartment looked original to (c) openigloo 1920 not 2020. Also, the (c) openigloo rats were coming g into (c) openigloo our entry way.Beware of Mott (c) openigloo & Prince Management. They are (c) openigloo horrible.
Advice to owner:
Renovate and care for your buildings. You don’t even know who lives there! It’s insane
