Great quiet & updated apartment for mid-20s/30s
Pros
Clean, updated kitchen & bathroom, friendly super and landlord. Great neighborhood, close to central park and grand bazaar.
Cons
A few issues with power but nothing major.

Great building, street could be improved
Pros
The building is well taken care of - immediate response from super & porter when issues arise which is rare. Trash is handled daily. Package room is closely monitored and theft is rare. Neighbors are lovely and the building is very solid so there is little noise across apartments.
Cons
The street is bad. Tons of trash, homelessness, and drug use. The building has taken steps to mitigate the issue, like contacting police and hiring private security, but the city needs to take action. Street can get very loud with people screaming.
