Don't move into this building
Pros
Heat and hot water
Cons
Since New management Co. Lemme & Wolfe assigned, many repairs go unresolved. New building staff has been hired and they are all of the same race. Dont really care if the building is clean. Roaches EVERYWHERE. New super is racist.
Advice to the owners
Go back to using Foxy management

Small apartment and sometimes hallways could be cleaner.
