Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant feedback on buildings managed by Sheldon Fox reveals a mixed management experience. Some residents praise timely heat and hot water services and commend the newer, well-staffed buildings for cleanliness and security. However, several reports point to unresolved maintenance issues, inadequate pest control with roach infestations, inconsistent garbage management, and concerns about noise and neighborhood safety. Additionally, tenant relations suffer due to perceived staff indifference and unfriendly attitudes. Suggested improvements include enhanced hallway cleaning, better tenant screening, and a return to previously trusted management practices. Overall, management responsiveness varies significantly across properties, impacting tenant satisfaction and recommendations.

Don't move into this building

Pros

Heat and hot water

Cons

Since New management Co. Lemme & Wolfe assigned, many repairs go unresolved. New building staff has been hired and they are all of the same race. Dont really care if the building is clean. Roaches EVERYWHERE. New super is racist.
