Overall nice place to live
Pros
- Nice finishes in the kitchen and bathroom and hardwood floors - Aesthetically pleasing building - Tenants are generally respectful - Landlord is easy to reach
Cons
- Common areas could be cleaned more often - Some problems with package theft - Dirty basement - Super is not very responsive - Lots of noise from Amsterdam - Occasional pests

Consider replacing the super and cleaning up the basement

Pros
Great location, elevator, rooftop access, updated kitchen, and AC units in bedrooms
Cons
There were issues with rats and roaches in the building (in unit and in hallways) and outside the building (as the trash were left in bins just outside the front door, and there was a community garden space next door). We would see rats each night outside coming home, and sent videos of rodents in our kitchen to management. The response to these issues, as well as complaints about a poorly functioning washer/dryer were met with an unsatisfactory response.
