Pros

Love the neighbourhood and neighbours Well maintained front courtyard which is beautiful Amazing super who is really responsive

Cons

Pest control - cockroaches The realty office is not great and can be really unresponsive (if you need someone other than the super)

Love the building, could use some improvements

Seasonal prob with roaches (exterminator is worthless), bathroom tiles need fixing (won’t happen), strange # of outlets (some rooms too many, bathroom has ZERO).

Advice to the owners

Get a new exterminator. Just do it. Even if it’s expensive. We’ve ALL had issues.
