Large living space, great location
Pests are bad. Always have something. I’ve seen a rat in the lobby, we had a mouse in our apartment, get roaches every so often, have had bugs crawling out of kitchen sink, and recently have had gnats appear. Just generally doesn’t feel clean It’s an older building, have also had leaks and the floors are uneven.
