Out with the old; in with the new
Pros
- The building has a lot of families and seniors living in the building; which is great. This was a great building for a long time.
Cons
- The newer people coming into the building; within the last 6 months are problematic. One of them likes to blast her music like she's the only tenant in this building. The walls are thin which make this a problem. Management is often non-responsive; and the super is ok.
Advice to the owners
Do something about the tenant blasting her music. Bring in people that will preserve the culture. Stop only focusing on money that's why we got these nuckleheads living here.

Private space in red hook neighborhood
Pros
Nice big private space and terrace
Cons
Public housing across the street brings tension and constant police presence. Had a bad pest problem there.
