Clean house, not noisy

Cons

Owners watch your every move either (questions you about your guests) Not very responsive to issues that needed fixing in the house ,no urgency (take months to address) Does not comply with nyc heat and hot water policy. They provide Luke warm water and you will have to fight for heat constantly
