Great corner building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very friendly neighbors, walls between apartments are basically soundproof, nice roof with great view, excellent location (2/3, promenade, cadman plaza), renovated interiors around 2017 or so, kind and responsive super
Cons:
The super is awesome, but overworked. For little or urgent things he’s quick to respond and fix, but larger non-urgent problems (eg appliance replacement) can take a very long time because the owners are extremely slow to respond.
Advice to owner:
Quicker response time

Unresponsive property management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Overall building is nice, fairly quiet, and nice neighbors. Amazing location in Brooklyn Heights.
Cons:
Building has been without gas for 2 months. Property management does not respond or when you do get a hold, they are angry that you reached out. Major issues, like our current lack of stoves, are seriously mishandled.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new property management company.
