The super is helpful

After I moved out, the building manager stopped responding to any messages, and never returned the security deposit, nor sent an itemized list of damages. He also didn't pay for the AC unit he agreed to buy. Also, the basement floods.

New Owner Held my Security Deposit for 78 Days. Then shorted the amount. Had NO IDEA about funds collecting interest.
