Great experience overall
Pros
- washer/dryer in unit - fiber internet - amazing location - no mice or roaches
Cons
- upstairs neighbor stomps a lot - some dude was smoking a ton of weed but the super was able to get them to stop - sometimes people yell in the hallway idk why - microwave screen was damaged - a lot of stairs
Advice to the owners
Pretty good overall I think. Would be nice if you upgraded the buzzer system because the keypad is hard to use and it’s hard to get packages sometimes.

clean and great location

building is clean, responsive super, security cameras in the hallways, garbage room on each floor, no pests
Cons
no recycling in the building
