Stay away at all costs!

Pros:
The only good thing is the super, and even with that the co-op board treats him so bad!!
Cons:
Super shady practices, major interior and exterior violations. The “treasurer” is often seen doing diy repairs instead of hiring someone. There are cracks all over the building, the elevator is constantly broken, if you aren’t Chinese they are extremely racist against you. This place should be condemned.
Advice to owner:
Hire professionals for repairs! Stop catering to only asian buyers, use funds for the building not your pockets.
