Way overpriced for what it is
Pros
Washer/dryer in building, dishwasher, heating/cooling, bathrooms
Cons
Rats nest outside - actually scary to enter the building at night due to atrocious garbage management, unresponsive management/emergency issues continue for months (electrical and plumbing issues), can hear neighbors clearly, balconies and rooftop are overrated, price is for a luxury building but amenities and quality are far from luxury and apartments are very poorly designed (e.g., no space for a microwave in the kitchen)
Advice to the owners
Please manage garbage better

Decent building, relatively well maintained
Pros
Relatively clean common areas, garbage is sorted on a daily basis which seems to be helping deter vermin.
Cons
Very small apartments and rooms. Only one lift.
