Reviews for STRIVERS MANAGEMENT GROUP reflect mixed experiences among residents. While many appreciate the proximity to transport and amenities, there are recurring issues with owner responsiveness and maintenance concerns, particularly regarding heating and garbage management. Tenants have reported high energy bills, pest issues, and safety concerns due to poor building security. Only if you are a Pratt student in need

Pros

Lots of amenities in the units and hallways well maintained

Cons

Owner does not respond, there have been multiple threats from ConEd that they will turn off the electricity in the building because the bill hasn’t been paid

Pros

Decent location - right next to the B54, and about 10 mins from the G. But walking distance to good restaurants. Maintenance/super(s) were always kind.

Cons

We had mice a few times, energy bill is super high (poor insulation), shared garbage with a restaurant so there were rats in the basement multiple times, on busy road.
