Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of buildings managed by YESHIVA UNIVERSITY highlight mixed feedback. Tenants appreciate the convenient locations and access to school but express concerns about cleanliness, pest control, and outdated structures.Communication issues with the housing department and high rent relative to amenities are recurring complaints. Suggestions include renovations, better maintenance, and friendlier staff. While some recommend the buildings for student housing due to proximity and facilities like elevators and laundry rooms, others cite issues with security, noise levels, and room sizes as drawbacks. Overall, improvements in infrastructure and communication are needed for a better living experience.

Nightmare dorm experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked that there were multiple lounges. And the location is quite nice.
Cons:
Roaches, very thin walls, elevator broken very long time and kept breaking, bad internet, strange and inconsistent heat, laundry machines kept breaking, creepy laundry room in basement and creepy gym down there, too - could use a renovation. And rent super high for all that.
