Nightmare dorm experience

Pros:
I liked that there were multiple lounges. And the location is quite nice.
Cons:
Roaches, very thin walls, elevator broken very long time and kept breaking, bad internet, strange and inconsistent heat, laundry machines kept breaking, creepy laundry room in basement and creepy gym down there, too - could use a renovation. And rent super high for all that.
Advice to owner:
Renovate or lower rent. Notorious place

Pros:
Elevator, laundry in building, rooftop with great views of empire state building.
Cons:
Security polices your comings and goings, not super clean, lots of street noise, very small rooms.
Advice to owner:
Friendlier staff and better mailroom organization.
