Worst Building I’ve Ever Lived In

Pros

My apartment was cute but they lied on the apartment listed and posted pictures for an apartment that definitely wasn’t mine.

Cons

This building is a shitshow. Swapped management 3 times in the time I was there. Mice and roach infested across all floors. We went without hot water and heat in the whole building in winter for nearly a month. Sewage was leaking from the apartment above into adjacent apartments and went unresolved for nearly a year resulting in mold. Mold across multiple units. They had deceptive renting practices and previous management wasn’t clear about rent stabilization rent increases. Hopefully it’s in better hands now but 0/10. Only good thing were the neighbors and location.
